The pattern is taken from a section of an image from the sighted child series (seen below)
– This 2D slice of image was transcribed, by hand, into silver, by jeweller Jason Patterson to make the prototype
– This object was then interpreted back into 2D as a computer model made by Adam David
– before being sent to the lab for 3D printing 
– and then coming home to be hand-dyed by me
