an exhibition of blind and new migrant/refugee children's photographs

smile was a project commisioned by artplay as part of melbourne's moomba festival. each artist was
invited to select two primary shcools, with the aim to facilitate a children's photographic exhibition and
document the children in the process. my choice was the royal victorian institute for the blind (rvib)
and the western english language school (wels), who teach new migrant and refugee children.
